Recovery Trail, LLC partners with hospitals, treatment programs, and community agencies to provide Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) peer support: people with lived experience helping others build lasting recovery.
Our mission is to strengthen recovery across rural west-central Pennsylvania by placing skilled, ethical peer support where people need it most: at the bedside, at discharge, in treatment, and back home. We honor lived experience, treat every person with dignity, and respect the many pathways people take to recovery.
We contract with nonprofit and for-profit organizations that serve people affected by substance use and behavioral health conditions.
